Mornings are so important because they literally set the tone for the rest of your day, so that means breakfast is a pretty big deal as well. After all, it is the most important meal of the day.
Some days I’m feeling a little June Cleaver-ish and then others I literally am over any type of cooking, but above all I love easy breakfasts! That’s why I’m sharing 5 Honestly Easy Breakfast Ideas for Toddlers:

RXBAR Kids Whole Food Protein Bar
RXBAR Kids are my absolute favorite on the go breakfast. The ingredients are literally on the front of the package so there are no surprises. Foster absolutely loves them and I can literally grab one and go. Plus I’m a huge fan of the 7 grams of protein. Eating is kind of hit or miss these days, so it’s nice to have a few things that I know he’ll eat no matter what. The RXBAR is definitely one of them!
Banana Oatmeal Blender Muffins
The Banana Oatmeal Blender Muffins are for my June Cleaver days. But, I guess I’d be more of an imposter June Cleaver because these are super easy to make! I started giving them to Foster before he had teeth. That’s when I would blend the oats. Now that he has a good set of chompers I don’t blend them anymore. I just mix and bake. This is super easy to make and then store in the fridge and once again grab and go!
Chobani Greek Yogurt Pouches and Tubes
Chobani Greek Yogurt Pouches and Tubes are a great addition to any breakfast or depending on the day they can stand on their own. I started giving Foster this because of the active cultures that aid in his digestion. But then I also fell in love with the 5 grams of protein, real fruit and no gluten. So far the pouch is our Chobani of choice but I could see the tube taking the lead soon. Plus you can freeze the tube and have a little popsicle…brilliant!
Paleo Omelete Muffins
Channeling June-ish again. Paleo Omelette Muffins are so easy to make ahead of time and then store in the fridge until serving. My favorite thing about this is that it’s pretty much the only way that I can get Foster to eat Spinach. I usually add tomatoes and peppers as well. It really just depends on what I have handy. They are pretty hard to mess up and I’m a HUGE fan of that. Oh and my husband enjoys taking these as his breakfast as well…as do I! A win all the way around.
Paleo Pancakes
Paleo Pancakes are my most recent find and I love, love, love that I can feel like I “cooked” but all I really did was add water. They have 9 grams of protein that comes from egg whites and they’re low carb. I don’t care about carbs for my son but it’s nice when I want to join him for breakfast. And like I said you literally just add water and cook them on a the oven top and voila…pancakes…that are good for you!
In addition to these items I always add some sort of fruit. Bananas and berries are a definitely favorite so far.
I know mornings can be hectic and little things like having breakfast prepared can really keep the peace and save you time in the long run. Once I got these 5 Breakfast Ideas figured out they really made our mornings go a lot smoother. I hope they help you too!
My toddler loves pancakes too! I may try making the oatmeal muffins–they look like something he would like!
