Hey guys!

Thank you for coming back to check-up on us! We have officially been doing our 30 Day Challenge for eight days now, woohoo!!

We did a video to tell you a little more about our why and to give you a workout and eating update. Plus!!! If you stick around to the very end you’ll see a workout challenge we’re giving a go. It’s called The Machine (sounds pretty bad a doesn’t it?). It’ll give you a laugh even if you’re not interested in the other stuff.

Below I’ve bullet pointed a few helpful things that we mentioned in the video.

Workouts this week:

  • Jillian Michale’s 30 Day Shred – we did this twice (and if you’re thinking about buying this it’s only $7.69 right now)
  • 21 Day Fix – Upper Body
  • 21 Day Fix – Dirty Thirty

Modification from Whole 30:

  • I mentioned that I’m putting Almond Milk in my coffee instead of Coconut Milk. It just makes more sense to us financially and I know there are no ingredients in Almond Milk that bother me.

Food:

  • For dinner one night we had Spaghetti Squash and I’ve found a Whole 30 approved marinara sauce at Aldi. Marinara was a hard one to find since sugar is added to most of these sauces.

Onto our video update (p.s. Is Aaron picking his nose? Now I know where Foster gets it from.)

I would love love love to do the 21 Day Fix. But we keep putting off when to start. My family and I need to pick a date and stick to it.

Once you get started it really isn’t bad! The 30 minutes is over before you know it and our son will even dance along to the music sometimes. 🙂

Yes!! It’s so much more fun when you do it together. Who wants to eat healthy or workout on their own?!
